Description

Comens Weld SL2620T is a two component epoxy structural adhesive. The product is a tough adhesive with high thixotropic properties. This product is mainly used for the opening of the composite material in the vehicle, the sealing of the metal rough surface, the filling and sealing, the smoothing repair, etc.; and the self-adhesive or mutual adhesion between the metal and the SMC substrate. This product has high bonding strength, high compressive strength, impact resistance, corrosion resistance and aging resistance.

The recommended storage temperature is 8~25°C and the storage period is 12 months.
Storage at 25°C helps to extend the shelf life of the product. Long-term exposure to room temperature and above will shorten the shelf life of the product.
Do not expose the product to high temperature storage. Recommended storage environment: ventilated, dry and dark.

When bonding, the surface to be bonded is wiped clean with a cleaning agent such as acetone or alcohol or gasoline to remove surface dust, oil and other stains. If the bonding surface can be roughened by grinding or the like, the bonding strength is better.
