	It is a standard mixing ratio, should adjust based on the actual condition.

Dry Coating Weight
Normally the coating weight is 2.0~3.5g/m². The coating weight should be increased if the lamination films need heat process or intensive process. Besides, coating weight also should be appropriately increased when laminating printed films.

Working Solid Content
The suggested working solid content is 35~40%.

Drying
The flow, speed and temperature of airflow must be sufficient in order to volatilize solvent on the film completely. For 3 sections drying system, the temperature should be 50-60ºC, 60-70ºC and 70-80ºC in sequence from the beginning section to the ending section.

Nip Temperature
Keep it between 50~80°C

Curing
Curing 36-48 hours at 50°C.
