Product introduction Flexibond 7360W is a two-component room temperature condensation dealcoholization type organic silicone potting adhesive. It is suitable for potting protection of photovoltaic junction box electronic capacitor products. When using, follow component A: B = 6:1 (mass ratio) mixed evenly, after a certain time, it solidifies into a protective material with good elasticity. Potting protection for modules, lighting appliances, power supplies and circuit boards, etc. Instructions 1. Weigh the two components A and B according to the mass ratio of 6:1, then mix and stir evenly. Pour it onto the product to be potted within the working time. If the potted product is too big, adopt multiple potting methods. 2. Precipitation will occur if the rubber is left for long time. It is necessary to stir components A and B evenly before use, and then mix them again. Pay attention to sealing and storage after use, especially the component B. 3. Stirring in the same direction, otherwise too many bubbles will be mixed in. The adhesive on the frame and bottom of thecontainer should also be stirred evenly, otherwise there will be no drying in some areas. 4. After potting adhesive on the product, vacuum it again to remove the bubbles, which can improve the overall properties of the product after curing. 5. The curing speed of the product changes in different temperature and humidity conditions. In different regions and seasons, in order to better comply with the on-site process, it is better to take the cure rate test in advance. When use the products for the first time, please consult our technical staff for product characteristics and production process suggestion. Packaging 12kg/pail, 2kg/jug Storage and transportation 1. Component A needs to avoid sunlight and heat. Keep it in sealed condition, can be transported and stored as non-dangerous goods. 2. Component B is flammable when exposed to open flame. 3. Can be stored for 6 months at 25ºC.
