DESCRIPTION
Flexibond 8103T is a two-component modified polyurethane adhesive sealant which has
excellent elongation, high bonding strength, and very good aging resistance under high
temperature and humidity. Flexibond 8103T is primer-less, has very good adhesion to
various metal and non-metal materials. It contains no volatile solvents, with non-sagging,
moderate viscosity, fast curing and bonding effect. It achieves good resistance to high
temperature in short time, especially suits the needs for electrophoresis processing.
ADVANTAGES
Flexibond 8103T can be used for various metal and non-metal materials bonding such as iron,
aluminum, galvanized sheet, glass, fiberglass, PC, MSC, ABS, PVC etc. It can resist 180ºC
heating, in short time up to 220ºC. If used with our primer, it also can be used bonding with
PE, PP.

APPLICATION
Cleaning: Normally this product has very good adhesion to mostly substrates without
special treatment. While, all the substrates should be clean and dry and of no grease, dust,
or other contamination. All the substrates are suggested to be cleaned by alcohol before applying the adhesive.
Applying: Open the cap, pull the sealing plug, screw the mixing nozzle, put the cartridge into
the applicator gun, start the applicator gun and give up the adhesive for the first 10ml, until the
mixing color is light grey uniform paste.
Curing maintenance: Do not remove it before curing. It can be removed in about one hour
under the standard condition. The adhesive can reach it's final strength in 3 days under the
standard condition. This adhesive is high temperature resistant. The curing will be faster,
and the adhesion speed and strength will be increased if heating.
Deposit: Use up the adhesive as soon as possible after opened. Change to a new nozzle for
continuous using if the adhesive pass its pot life. The nozzle will have some skinning
adhesive while storage. Remove the skinning adhesive, and it will not affect the properties.
Caution: Free from children, sunlight, high heating. Store at cool, dry and ventilated place.
Avoid skin and eye contact. Use wet cloth and soap water to clean if any contact. Refer to
MSDS for details
CLEANING
Recommended Cleaner: Alcohol, butanone.
