Comens Weld DP1300T is a two component, high quality without solvent epoxy adhesive, with subtle touch deformation, no flux during curing, very good infiltrative characters towards base material, good flame retardancy and good tensile, shock resistance, anti-peeling , adhesive tenacity strength. It can adapt to the high temperature environment, especially under the high temperature of 80ºC still maintain excellent mechanical properties.
♦Micro thixotropic ♦ High toughness ♦Pot life 55-65min ♦Good performance at high temperatures ♦very good infiltrative characters towards base material |

Product specification: 400ml/tube; 3kg/group (PartA 1kg/pail*2, PartB 1kg/pail*1); 54kg/group (PartA 18kg/pail*2, PartB 18kg/pail*1) The recommended storage temperature is 8~25°C and the storage period is 12 months. Storage at 25°C helps to extend the shelf life of the product. Long-term exposure to room temperature and above will shorten the shelf life of the product. Do not expose the product to high temperature storage. Recommended storage environment: ventilated, dry and dark. |

When bonding, the surface to be bonded is wiped clean with a cleaning agent such as acetone or alcohol or gasoline to remove surface dust, oil and other stains. If the bonding surface can be roughened by grinding or the like, the bonding strength is better.
Component A must be stirred well before use., Adhesive surface should be put together apply 0.1-0.5kg/cm2 pressure during solid curing. Products can be curing in room temperature, also accelerated by heat curing. Curing higher temperature and curing longer time can enhance strength. Recommend to place 24h at room temperature after 4h at 60ºC hot pressing (or 2h at 70ºC). Ensure that adequate ventilation in the operating environment. Avoid direct contact with the skin. Wear protective gloves and glasses. Do not swallow. If you accidentally eat, please seek medical advice immediately. Keep this product out of the reach of children. Keep container tightly closed, away from heat, open flames, and away from direct sunlight. For more safety information, please refer to the MSDS Safety Data Sheet for this product. |
